Hi. We're relocating to Singapore next month. We've applied for our 7yo to go to Dulwich as OH is working in West coast. Does anyone have kids at Dulwich and where would be a good place to live, any suggestions on developments please? Thanks!

my son is at Dulwich - loves it! We're in holland village. I get the feeling kids are very spread out as lots of parents have been waiting for Dulwich to open at other schools so were often close to those IYSWIM. Holland, Bukit Timah, 6th Ave are all popular and i only know of a couple of families close to the school. Pm me if you have any specific questions if that would help?

Thanks for the information, that's a real help. We're looking for a 3 bed apartment at around £3.5k per month, does that sound realistic? We'll have a car but I think OH will use it for work, so we'll be on the metro. Daughter is an only child so I'm mostly looking for somewhere she'll be able to meet and play with other kids to help her adjust.

We live very centrally and the bus is brilliant, I do also drive. If you do live in town, just be near the PIE (it's an expressway) and takes you straight to school - having said that, traffic is atrocious one some days!

We live in Holland Village and our son (10) goes to Dulwich by school bus. We are about to move further down towards Orchard and the school bus company suggests timings won't change, as the route will actually be more direct and less wiggly. Unless you are way out east, no journey should take more than half an hour (weather willing), but of course the closer the better.
Rent wise, it's a renter's market out here at the moment, come on down...
