I'm British, my fiancé is American, he is filing the paperwork for my visa, I've looked at what I need to do, and this is where my questions are, just how invasive is the medical exam? And on the police check will it show up any crimes I have reported? If so will this impeded my application?
I only ask because I'm getting such conflicting accounts on the web, and scare stories.
