Moving to Dubai at 20 weeks pregnant

Hi aim moving to Dubai at the end of October. I will be 20 weeks with my first baby. Just wondered if there is anyone out there who has been/will be in a similar position!

I'm in Dubai, can help with advice on life, babies, medical care etc!
