Friend moving to Majorca

It's a long shot, but has anyone moved to Majorca. My friend is moving their with her husbands job, he will be based in Palma City.
Any advice?
They do speak Spanish fluently, which seems to be the main hurdle, but any tips on where to live and how to find property to rent would be helpful.

Hi I don't live in majorca, but these webs are good for finding property www.idealista.com and www.loquo.com. I would also recommend getting your N.I.E number from the Spanish embassy before you go, as to queue in 30 degrees for four hours is no fun!
