Why don't people get it?

I get up, work, study, eat and sleep.

I live in a guesthouse, because central Vietnam has rats, snakes and floods. None are easy to deal with when you have a visually impaired...

I leave Vietnam to get visas, but get so tired and it is expensive...

It's so frustrating when people don't understand!

I don't live abroad now but I used to live in a hot and touristy part of the states. I loved it and had a great life BUT I still had to do the normal stuff, people don't understand that. People expected me to be on an adventure every day, they couldn't believe days where I got up, went to work, came home, watched tv then went to bed, lol.

I once had UK friends phone me to say they were flying out the next day, could I put them up for 2 weeks. I did but it was a very difficult time, they were fuming that I couldn't drop everything and entertain them. I was away for a few days too which I couldn't cancel, I had responsibilities.

We are in Switzerland. People think we ski every weekend. Oh yes we do, ha ha. But the fondue kit is something we pull out of the cave when visitors come. Like heck we will eat fondue every week!
