Is there such thibg as a good one?! I don't need to meet someone face-to-face but I do need them to be FCA regulated and I'd far prefer to pay a fee to know I was getting unbiased advice. Any ideas?

Which country are you in? I do know that Siddalls' charges are quite high - about €250/hr - even for doing a withdrawal it's an hour's work. I also know of someone, or a contact for someone, who does the same thing without such high fees in France.
