Possible move to Mendoza, Argentina.
Got a few questions:
What is the best area? I've heard 5th section and also about Chacras de Coria, which would be more suburban although more expensive, and seems generally the best. Is that true? Any other areas you'd reccomend looking in?
Also, schooling? DC are 5 and 3. We would have moved over by February. I understand that this would be at the end of the summer holidays?
