Anyone pregnant / with new baby in Mexico?

Just found out I'm pregnant; living and working in Mexico but it feels like I'm the only pregnant person here. Things are very different here, obviously, but just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing?

I had my first 2 babies in Mexico, but several years ago. I knew loads of pregnant ladies at the time, mostly I met through Newcomers club. I know that's tricky if you're working, but once on maternity leave(?) can meet some mums, there are loads of playgroups etc where you can meet other mums. Also we attended an antenatal class, think got the contact from my obgyn, where there were several English speaking couples. I delivered at ABC, was medicalised but great support there.
