Slimming world..

Ok can anyone offer me any local syn or free foods for slimming world in aus?? I'm starting out online but some things are very brand orientated... So .. Paul's extra low fat sour cream.. Can I use that as fromage frais? ...

I don't live in Aus (yet, am really hoping we get to move there soon!) but do live in Asia and the supermarkets here have a lot of Australian imported foods like Pauls. I just go on the syn value for the basic food so for sour cream i would just find out what the syn value for basic extra low fat sour cream is. This hasn't been a problem in losing weight for me, my main problem is the fact that i really struggle to find low fat versions of anything here although i can get Quark sometimes so when i find it i buy about 4 tubs - it's fantastic stuff
