Offshore bank accounts

We've had offshore bank accounts (in GBP) with the Coop bank in Guernsey for nearly 10 years but they're closing the branch. We want to find another offshore account, but one that doesn't require a minimum balance of squillions of pounds. We can manage to maintain a balance of around 5000GBP but not really any more than that. We used to have an offshore USD account with HSBC but they changed to wanting a minimum balance of around 10000, I think, so we had to close the account.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an offshore account in Jersey/Guernsey/Isle of Man?

Have a look at Nationwide (international / offshore banking), I don't their their balance requirements are too high. Of course the interest rate is an insult but it's no worse than most of them.
