Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of this?

Would you recommend any neurologist with more MS experience than others? There isn't a MS clinic here and I'd like to start monthly tysabri infusions as soon as possible.
Another option is to travel to Perth/Bangkok if anyone has any recommendations there?

I have a friend in Perth who is in the medical world and I can ask for a good neurologist recommendation if you like?
