Help please! What time is it in Doha?

My husband has been asked to do a telephone interview with a company in Qatar at 10am their time. I've Googled and it says that Qatar is +3hours from GMT but it then says that the time there right now is 15:59 which is only +2hours ahead. Please can someone confirm whether it's 2 or 3 hours ahead of GMT? Many thanks!

2 hours ahead of the UK in summer, 3 in winter. I think!
