Belgacom connection in evere Brussels

Hi I am new in brussels and I had applied for belgacom internet connection and I am still running to their offices.actually my lanlord first told me their is no belgacom connection in the apartment so belgacom guys gave me appointment for 10th october to come and fix the connection.is it normal to take so much time for internet connection??

very normal, here in brussels, for mine we applied in April and they came in May to fix it up

Yes - unfortunately it can take time for a first appointment. Generally though after that they are quite quick to come if you have a problem.
