Legal advice needed

Really need some advice and was hoping someone could help. We moved abroad (EU) a few years ago but our relationship has deteriorated drastically in the last few months (infidelity on his part). I'm trying to look at my options and was wondering if anyone knows what would happen if we divorced. Dh would surely stay in this country as his job is here. I would struggle financially here (everything costs a fortune and I don't have a job), although the schools are much better for the dc. Financially I would be able to afford to live in the UK, but is there some law which would prevent me from doing that as it would be difficult for dh to see the dcs. Sorry to be vague but I don't want to out myself.

Much debated on several threads! You're not alone- you need to check whether this country has signed the Hague convention- assume so if Eu. If so, you need dh's permission to take kids from the country, their "habitual residence". Not easy. Hmm Someone has a similar thread on Legal, suggest you have a look.
