I have found a2bhi flat in Krrinem just 200 meters away from metro stockel.
I have been asked to take insurence before taking the key.I am not sure what kind of insurence I need to take and how much it will cost and also which insurence ecompany I should contact to?
please help me I am sure most of the people have insurance.This is first time I am going to take this insurence

Go to any insurance broker or go to your bank. A 2 bedroom flat should be around 200 euro a year.

Here is one broker who speaks English.

ok insurence is clear to me.I have account in ING bank and I will go there.
do you have any idea about electricity and gas company who is reasonable with the charges...pls help

yes I need to google but slowly I am finding my way as I have always stayed in service apartment in Brussels so really have no idea what landlord is talking about regarding different utilities :).
