Have three DC, two living at home (big age gaps, so eldest is at university). They are 13 and 5. I am celebrating my birthday soon, as is my five year old DS. So we are looking for something special.
In a month and a bit, we are leaving the UK for NE Iceland. We have only lived in the UK for five years, having always known it would be a temporary stay and we are very sad to leave London. Before that, we lived in Russia.
So....with forty eight days to go....what shall we do? We have a week and a bit off before the date, agreed by schools (thank God), weekends, and some small stuff can be done after school.
So what interesting , exciting and fun things should we do which are to do with the UK which we can't do elsewhere (like Tower of London etc;) ?
