Singapore and bacon

Quick question: are you allowed to bring bacon to Singapore? From what I have read, it looks like it might be controlled goods as it is an animal product...

Has anybody got any insight?

No meat products of any form.

Of all places?..its readily available in Singapore!

Just buy it here...

All meat is readily available here including crocodile and kangaroo:)

You can bring it in if you put it in your luggage. I always bring back beef and lamb when I go home and always bring back loads of everything when we holiday in Australia. Never had any problem.
