Penpal for my six year old boy?

My little boy is six, his seven year old sister now has a penpal and he is desperate for one of his own. Does anyone have a child a similar age who would like to write to him?

At the moment his writing isn't very good, but I will be able to help him with this so (hopefully) any letters will be readable.

He said he would especially like a penpal in China, because he is learning about China at school. But, he'll probably be learning about somewhere else next week so penpals from all over the world welcome! He only speaks english though.

DS, just turned 7, Teesside. Any good?

DS1 is coming up for 5, so a bit younger, but we'll be moving to Morocco in the summer and I'm keen to keep up with his writing / reading (as the school he'll be going to have him in kindy rather than more formal school), he's too little to write long letters but we could send postcards / short letters if that would be of interest?

DS is 6 but struggling with his writing, so I'm trying to encourage him with a few "postcard pals" as he loves getting post - he can't manage to write much more than a few sentences, though. We're in Austria, so it's a good way for him to practise his English too. PM me if you're interested.

Ooh what a great idea! I also have a 6 year old DS.

We live in Spain and he goes to a Spanish school so any opportunity for him to improve his written English is a good one! He also loves getting post

What a fantastic idea. I have dt1&2, both boys age 6, they are really struggling with writing. They love receiving their own post so would love to write and get post back from someone of a similar age. We are in Uk but would send to anywhere, Uk or abroad. Please pm if your interested thanks

We're in Hong Kong - it would probably end up being a lot of drawings and a few postcards maybe more than a letter! But this is a great idea.

DS's first postcard arrived today. He was so thrilled!

Our postcard arrived yesterday! DS has written a reply but not sent it yet.
