What are your recommendations for the best websites for finding out about stuff locally? I'm in France.

A local newspaper's normally a good starting point.

Do you know angloinfo.com? I've found that really useful and you can find specific information out for your area.

Thanks. Will have look at that website. Does anyone know frenchentree.com or britishexpats.com? The latter keeps popping up when I try to find out about education.

I read expatforum.com, for info about Egypt. I think it covers most countries.

Is there a fb page?

Internations is good, where I am anyway.

I second www.britishexpats.com they pretty much have the globe covered.
