This weather is depressing and I hate being unable to plan due to weird weather.
It would be great to go to Spain or South of France for 6 months of the year.Are there opportunities for professionals to work in private practice in these countries via English language ??

I think you probably have to say professional what?! Doctor? Lawyer? Dancer ? :o Your question is pretty unanswerable without that information. Moving just for the weather rarely works out as far as I can see, unless you are retired, and even then... there is a lot more to it.

There are people who live part time in the Caribbean, and that's at least English for the most part.
