Likely move to Rome - Help needed

My husband has been offered a job in Frascati, just outside of Rome. Does anybody have any experience of house/flat hunting, international schools etc that could help me decide if it is financially realistic option?.
We would possibly move with one 16 year old, so need an international school that does the IB. I would move during the summer 2013.
Is there an equivalent of "Right move.com" to find accommodation.?
I have no italien but intend to learn.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

IB schools in Italy doing IB diploma.

Frascati is south of Rome, all the international schools seem to be in the north or central Rome, 5 schools listed that do IB in the Rome area.
