The mothercare in chatswood chase shopping centre is better for baby equipment than belrose I think. There's also a big one in artarmon which might be worth visiting.

Babies r us and my baby warehouse also worth a go (both in chatswood, although almost certainly elsewhere too - i just lived near chatswood)

Did you buy the travel cot in the uk ? Won't the sizes be different, he cots and single beds are.
