Just getting into this international delivery thing and have done my first online shop with M&S to deliver to me in NZ. I made the order two days ago and they haven't yet dispatched - is this normal? I'm used to shops dispatching straight away.

Also, does Next international ever have sales? They don't seem to have had one at the same time as the UK summer sale.

TIA

Yes- pretty normal, but once it's out of the door, it's pretty quick- UK to Hong Kong with M&S normally takes 7 days.

The only issue might be authorising your card- if they've not dispatched tomorrow, email customer services.

Dont know about Next, but I imagine the reason they don't do a sale is because their sale philosophy is very much "get rid of it all in a 1 day feeding frenzy" Grin. Maintaining sale stock at the warehouse in case of international orders would be inefficient I'd imagine.
