Relocating abroad - who to notify?

Someone posted a really good list of who you have to notify when you move abroad on a thread about 4 weeks ago - can anyone remind me which one it was on - I can't find it anywhere!

It was this one and it was brilliant. I copied MarkG's advice onto a Word document and only today opened it up on my computer, printed it out and checked through it. Needs a frame.
