Anyone in Brussels know who the really good upmarket estate agents are there?

My folks have had a house in Brussels since about late 1980's. But for the past ten years have been mostly in London and only using it now and then. They are finally deciding to sell up. But as they've not been there too much lately, they haven't any idea who the good estate agents are to put it on with. It's a GORGEOUS house and pretty unusual. It's been kept in good condition despite they not living there. Rather than just googling to find agents I thought I'd ask around amongst those living in Brussels, starting with the Mumsnetters!

It's a secret group sales to protect our mn names. If you pm me details of the house I can give the details out to quite a large anglophone community.

We sold our house near Mechelen through Livingstone, Haacht branch. Had an excellent and pro-active agent who really managed the whole process very well.

Hi,
Just wanted to chip in to say that the upmarket estate agent that springs to mind is Engel and Voelkers - www.engelvoelkers.com/be/
I only know because whenever I see a beautiful period house with a for sale sign in Brussels, it always seems to have their name on!

Also MacNash seem to have a lot of posh properties in their portfolio. www.macnash.com/en/Welcome

Did I pm you? I can't remember now. Engel and Voelkers is the one recommended. Also, to look on immoweb and see where the "nicer" houses are registered.
