do me a massive favour? for which I will be eternally grateful and make appropriate recompense.
My daughter is nearly 5 and will be starting Primary School in September, I have most of her school uniform. However I have terrible problem with underwear Sad.
I have tried every type of child knicker known to woman, and still she fidgets and pulls and messes about.
I have seen some lovely girls underwear on the Hanna Andersson site, big huge white kidney warmers ala Tatum O'Neil in Papermoon Grin.
I contacted H.A unfortunately they don't supply anywhere in the UK!, the pants are reasonable priced $18.00, I think for a pack of 3, and the shipping isn't too bad,$20 standard.
However I'd incur a big tax and customs charge once the package reached the UK (this cost falls if package is marked as a gift).... so I was wondering if any lovely American MNetter, who may be going to HA anyway, and wouldn't incur too much trouble or time, would be willing to pick me up a few packs and post them to me? I have a paypal account, and would love to send you a virtual bottle of Wine or box of chocolates via paypalSmile for your trouble.
If anyone can help me out I'd be so grateful, I don't know what to do with the child, except send her in knickerless to school ShockGrin.

We love love love HA big granny panties for Dd she too wears nothing else. Unfortunately we live no where near any stores or outlets or I'd be very poor. I'm sure there's someone who does. Theres an outlet store in Southern California they should be cheaper there.
Have you tried calling an outlet and having them post/mail unders to you, maybe seeing they would be doing the packaging in person they would tick gift on the customs form.
It seems hit or miss that you'd get taxed on them. Another option is buy on ebay and ask them to mark gift? no idea if anyone would.

Yes, I will help you. I can't do it until the middle of next week and you have to be really, really specific with what you want. I live about 15 mins from HA so not a problem. I miss the days of going in there so happy to help.
