Another Geneva Question.....wives working when following DH's

Hi...
sorry....another geneva question.

I currently work part time and am looking to follow DH to Geneva with his job next year.

DC's will be at school (hopefully see other post !!!)

I've not ever been a full time stay at home mum (only ever part time) and on my days off find it pretty hectic fitting everything in as all the domestic/admin stuff is crammed in to a couple of days off with meeting friends etc aswell and catching up where I can.

Is there stuff you can get involved in if you want to ? I suspect I won't be able to work as I presume you need a permit ? If I could work - my french is rusty (a level....but a long time ago) - what could I do - is there anything voluntary perhaps ?

What did you do if you "followed" your partner/DH ?....if the answer is also "not much" then fill me in !!
Thanks

If you're an EU national or the dependent of an EU national, you can work without any restrictions.
