Suggestions of fun stuff to do in Brussels over Easter with 14 yr old and 12 yr old daughters

Hiya,
My brother and his girls are going to Brussels for ten days over Easter (Apr 2nd to 12th). We used to live there as kids but haven't been back for years. My parents still have a house there which he's staying at. But he wants advice on fun stuff to do with teenagers/pre teens there. His two girls are 14 and 12 , and the 14 year old will have friend with her. He won't have a car, but staying near the trams in Woluwe St. Pierre in between Av Tervuren and Place Dumon.
Any ideas of fun stuff he can do with them greatly appreciated. My folks were due to be there but had to cancel, so he is on his own (divorced) and likely to struggle to entertain them and himself!

Ummm.. The Africa Museum? The water park place and Mini Europe near the Atomium? The Atomium itself? Shopping on rue Neuve?

No car? Can he hire one? I have no experience of teenagers but:

Shopping in the Rue Neuve
Cinema - there is one at Stockel, or UCG at De Brouckere.
The Horta House
Musical Instrument museum
Mini Europe/Oceade/Kineopolis - plus plenty of places for lunch
A walk in the Bois de la cambre plus roller skating and lunch.
Go to Bruges/Gent on the train. Do boat tour.
Ditto Antwerp - zoo and aquarium right near station.
Walibi/aqualibi is doable by train.

Not sure about the car/train thing - but the Grottes de Hans sur lesse are pretty good and may even impress teenagers. Ditto the Citadel at Namur - there are lots of different tours you can do there - walks.mini train, dungeons etc......

Thanks,
Any more suggestions very welcome. Is there any stuff happening over Easter specifically? Where can he get info on what's on? Any websites? Do they still sell The Bulletin mag for Brits in Brussels?

Yes - the Bulletin is still on sale. www.quefaire.be lists most stuff if your french is up to it.
