Spain rental -long term

Am I really looking for the impossible?:
a detached, three bed villa with own pool, private garden etc, BUT MUST HAVE internet, let me have two my two boxer dogs and be a long term rental of approx two years.

What area are you looking in?? I know Chigwell have such..
Try there ..nice area..near Epping forest, so walks for dogs and even horses if wanted..trains into city near by.. ..easy transport links to any-where..and probably you will find something at a good price...what with recession ??

thanks for the reply -but as my header says ( and sorry if I didnt make it clear in the posting) we are looking at Spain. Valencia or Murcia region.
The only "long term" rentals I can fing are for one to three months.
We would like to rent there before we buy.
