Pickfords are terrible!!

I made a big mistake going with pickfords they are making our move soooooo much harder. Just praying everything arrives safely

Yes I agree they are not great. We had a mixed experience with them. The packers at the UK end were great. The admin was awful, unpackers not so great and the afterservice abysmal. Wont be using them ever again.

We've used them several times, good service each time. All within uk, not overseas. I'd recommend them.

We used them to ship overseas. We packed our own boxes. Good service, no problems at all and everything arrived safely in Saudi.

My friend used them to move out to the ME and they were appalling. Stuff broken, badly packed. Cartons were lost at the customs checking. On arrival there were further problems and then they took a saw to try and put her very expensive and beautiful bed back togther. The problem is you cant be in every room with every packer/unpacker at the same time. In my experience there seem to be many more unpackers making the job of discovering whats broken lost damaged much harder. We always use Crown, never had a problem but everyones different.
