Hong Kong -ideas for a gift

Id be very grateful if anyone living in,or familiar with Hong Kong could give me ideas for a present for some friends about to move there-Im thinking in terms of a voucher for dinner,or gift vouchers specific to there ?

I would need to order them online,as it is their going away party this weekend and I need to produce something!

Voucher budget probably 70-80 pounds...

They are quite a cultured couple,no children, dare I say it food snobs...!Ages roughly late 30`s.

All help very much appreciated,I am so disorganised and have left it far too late I know!

I suspect your biggest challenge will be finding a company that does the voucher - for ease I would stick to the big names like Four Seasons (eg Caprice) or Mandarin Oriental (eg Man Wah)- even possibly the InterContinental in Kowloon (Spoon - Alain Ducasse).
Personally I love Man Wah but Spoon is a good one for new arrivals as they can book a window table and see the lights and take the Star Ferry
These are expensive options so you'll be "contributing" to the meal as opposed to buying it but if they are food snobs then they'll probably be OK with that. And cheaper I suspect its more independent restaurants so the voucher idea may be hard to sort.

A completely different idea would be a Michelin or Zagat guide to Hong Kong from Amazon as a gift but then a small hamper of "british goodies" they'll miss. This works best if they are non-perishable and their moving shipment hasn't left yet so they can be packed. If not you need to think light and non breakable.

Vouchers available from chez Patrick. One of the best French delis in town.
Look up their website.
