Sinterklaas is coming and we have a problem

Well, it's that time of year again. We lived in NL for 5 years and have kept up the Sinterklaas tradition since moving back to the UK.

Does anyone know where we could buy chocolate letters, kruid noten etc in the UK or online please?

I think we can get them in Hema here if you want me to send some!

Hema and Vroom & Dreesmann have online services but I'm not sure if they're only to NL.

There was a thread on this last year that u have just seen a link to on another thread strangely enough. Am on phone or would link but if you search sinterklaas you should find it. There us a recipe and also suggestions of holland at home for online purchases.

Check Lidl, I know they sell lots of Sinterklaas type stuff including speculaas. Pepernoten you can very easily make yourself. Whole process will take less than half a hour. John Lewis sells stuff like fondant mice.

I saw chocolate letters in Julian Graves the other day, was very surprised. They were the proper Dutch ones, Droste brand and everything!
