Quick question for someone in Switzerland

Have you heard of "Gâteau de Pâques" - a custartdy rice tart that's apparently eaten at Easter in Switzerland. If yes, is it very common? Can you find it all over Switzerland or is it regional? Do you buy it at the bakers?
Thanks.

Never heard of it, and we are in the French speaking area. Saying that, I don't go to the bakers very often. And last Easter we were in Germany.

You might have to look in a Patisserrie rather than a boulangerie though.

We have them here in Basel. Called Osterflädli locally. Available in ALL supermarkets, bakers, etc round here.

And here's the results of the tasting comparison in case you wish to know where to get the best Smile
