Where to buy 'shortening' for making pastry in Toronto?

I'd usually buy Trex in UK to make the pastry for my mincepies but can't see anything even similar in chilled food section in a big Loblaws. Am I looking in wrong location or maybe try a different supermarket?

Also have you seen ready made puff pastry anywhere, you know how you can buy it either in blocks or pre-rolled in UK?

Thanks!

look for the crisco brand in the baking section, not chilled foods. Yellow packaging.

Not sure about ready made pastry
