Applying for permanent residency in Canada

We are applying for permanent residency as the title says and have passed the first stage - our application has been sent back to London in February to wait in a queue for requests for medicals to be sent out...

Just wondering if anyone else has done this process and how long it took for your request for the medical to come through from the date you passed the first stage over in Canada?

This has changed a lot recently due to new guidelines, therefore anyone who has done it even a short time ago may well have had a different experience ot timeline from you .
Can I suggest that you look at the Expatforum for Canada (just google for the link) where the people there are very active in communicating everyday? That way you will get more accurate info and a lot more advice besides . Good luck you will love Canada, its my favourite place in all the world!
