Ok now im not insane and wouldnt go to sizzler while i'm pregnant to eat salad bar... im sure is listera central... however... what about the breakfast? its all cooked... or pastries? Am i mad considering it? Getting sick of hoggies breakfast and coffee club on a sunday.... everywhere seesm to do buffets otherwise?

Um, why cant you eat from a buffet when pregnant? Tbh I think you're being a little paranoid.

I wouldn't eat anywhere which I thought had poor food hygiene, pregnant or not pregnant, so shouldnt really make a difference when you are IYSWIM.

chloe - I did sizzlers when pregnant with dd2 and dd3 - a few times not just once but not all the time either.

i think your being a little parinoid too. and agree with bagged, if youd eat there when not pregnant then its ok (obviously avoiding the foods they say not to eat in the guidelines)
