Anyone in Russia or know anything about living there?
Specifically do they have an equivalent of the phone book or electoral register etc?
I am trying to trace someone who moved to Moscow but not having much luck via the internet (and the fact that I can't speak Russian and so can't translate websites much doesn't help!)
