Morning you look great. Nutrament is a fortified drink which is actually OK, more of a milk based drink. Maybe you could try that, they have it in Asda.

Good Morning Pamela and Kerr! Hope your blood work goes well for you today. Really glad you got out for a bit of fresh air!! I walked to the beach this morning but what a difference from yesterday! Sargassum has washed up overnight and it just was not pleasant at all! I am sure all the resort and restaurants will have it cleared before lunch time today, but in the meantime, some sunshine from my balcony at home! Love from Lynn in Punta Cana (its a little early for wine, but I will toast you later today!)

I am not surprised you are tired no doubt the lack of food and side affects of jaundice, chemo and oedema are exhausting on top of the stress you must be under. Your body needs rest but no doubt you and Kerr are trying to regain some normality. It must be a nightmare. Hopefully the bloods are ok and you are able to cope with chemo this week and it works in shrinking the tumour. Keep fighting you brave lady.

I was just wondering how you're doing Pamela and saw your latest photo. Honestly, you keep saying how awful you look, so this and so that, and then you show us a photo and you look bloody great! Seriously woman, I know we all are our own greatest critics, but I do think you need to cut yourself a bit of slack in that department. So glad your pain meds are working and hope you're able to have your second dose of chemo on Weds xx

I've been so moved by your experience and I've been following. I think you are brave and also a wonderful writer. I wonder if you'd consider, one day when you're feeling stronger, putting all of your posts together as a blog, perhaps?
I'm in Namibia and the scenery is awe-inspiring. The birds are singing and there are little dassie rats keeping me company on the rocks. Here's my view.

@momager1 I assumed you were there on holiday when you posted the other day! I'd love to live there, I'd barely be out of the pool!! The locals would eventually stop reporting a stranded 🐳 I'm sure.

Good evening lovely Pamela,

You are doing brilliantly, and I’m so pleased the district nurses are coming to you now.
Are they checking your skin? I noticed that your feet were on pillows in one of your photos.
If possible, try to ‘float’ them if you can - put the pillows under your lower legs so your heels aren’t in contact with the bed or the pillows.
Your skin may be fragile at the moment so please ask the nurses to check for any redness if they haven’t already done so.
