Great photo, I know you don’t feel it Pamela but I must say you look lovely. I’ve got my fingers crossed for your blood tests and that Wednesday’s chemo can go ahead 🤞🏻 I’m in awe of your strength and grace through this awful ordeal xxx

Hello lovely. Great that you got out to the park. I've been cooking, tackling the laundry mountain and doing the VAT to try and placate our accountant. The oedema sounds dreadful Pamela, you really are a trooper for making the effort to get up and out.
Oral thrush is horrible, it took me a couple of courses of Nystatin to get rid of it so don’t be surprised if it’s a bit of a bugger to shift. Wishing you a comfy and restful night.

Fortisip can be frozen as ice cubes or put in ice lolly moulds...more refreshing this way and good for soothing a sore mouth
