Tilt Table Test - advice if you have POTS and PEM

I’ve had long covid for almost four years now. Two of my most debilitating issues from it are POTS and PEM. I’ve had the lean test and the 24 hour blood pressure test. My baseline has declined over the last four years. I am scared to have the tilt table test in case it knocks my baseline even further. Has anyone been able to access treatment if other tests show clear dysautomnia, but they’ve refused a tilt table?

I'm not sure what you mean about it knocking your baseline even further? Do you mean you're worried the tilt table test will leave you with permanent lower blood pressure?

PoTS is not related to blood pressure (except for Hyperadrenergic PoTS which has a BP rise), if your BP falls on standing then you may have Orthostaic Hypotension which is another type of Dysautonomia and can occur alongside PoTS
