Relapsed MS, which treatment to choose?

The aggressive treatment I had 9 years ago has worn off. They are t kern to give me that one again as things have moved on. My consultant has given me the choice of two.Ublituximab or ofatumumab. Both have similar efficacy I believe. One is a monthly injection and the other is a six monthly IV infusion. Im
leaning towards the infusion as if I have side effects is only have them every 6 months rather than monthly. I also live in walking distance to the hospital, as I work there. Does that sound reasonable? Previously the consultants have made the decision for me, and that was fine!

Your reasoning sounds valid. Is there any difference between side effects?

Apparently the IV one puts you at higher risk of chest/ viral infections and shingles. Although it’s only been available on the NHS since last year The injections give you flu like symptoms. And have been around for a few years. Im
thinling if it’s only every 6 months I can plan my shifts to have a few days off afterwards to get over the worst of it. More tricky if it’s monthly. I’ve had IV treatment before with no reactions at all.
