I know it's sounds like a stroke getting check at the doctors soon.

I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and Carpal tunnel right arm is bad causing my neck to hurt badly.
Could it be carpal tunnel got worse? They did say bells palsy but didn't feel right yesterday.
I had eaten and felt very dry mouthed and couldn't talk properly and did felt like something was stuck but by even felt okay.
Anyone experience this?

I would go to A and E. It is as you say a stroke symtom.

I had this. GP called an ambulance. I was blue lighted to hospital with a suspected stroke.

Although my tongue was to one side, and my face pretty numb, I was diagnosed with a migraine and sent on my way. They did an MRI at a follow up and I was still told it was migraine even though I've not had one in 30 years.

You do need to be checked out though.

Definitely A&E, my DH had a stroke with only a few seconds of stuttering as a symptom. I ran through all the stroke tests with him as I work in stroke rehab he passed them all but still it was a stroke! You never know I wouldn’t risk waiting.
