End stage cancer

My brother has grade 4 cancer. He is struggling to swallow and very sleepy. He sleeps most of the day. He can't move very much. Is this the end?

Op it would be very hard and unfair on you to try and diagnose what stage your brother is at.

Has your brother had nursing staffor a GP visit him or is he in hospital or hospice? Is he on morphine or is there a syringe driver being used?

I hope he is comfortable and he has someone with him.

Many thoughts to you all, it is a hard time, take care of yourself so that you can be there for your brother

No one really knows - it might just as well be the drugs he's on but maybe your gut is telling you something. It's very difficult either way so be kind to yourself and try to get some sleep.
