Stage 4 triple negative breast cancer?

Is there any hope? It seems the worst type of breast cancer at the worst stage. I've read the life expectancy is 1 year after diagnosis. Anyone have any more positive stories please?

Hi.I had TNBC last year diagnosed. Had surgery, chemo,raHad my 1 year mammogram today, just need to be patient for 2 weeks for results. I joined a FB group- TNBC UK and Ireland, they have been fantastic, all through the highs and lows.
but, they also have a sub group for stage 4 ladies. There are lots of women who will help/support you. My thoughts are with you.
