I don't know what's going on but the roof of my mouth has been feeling wierd... I vape constantly and don't know if this could be early oral cancer or what any answers help... I know my anxiety could be high but I do vape..

No one here can diagnose cancer from this photo. You need to see a doctor.

OP you can’t expect people on mumsnet to diagnose you with cancer with a pic like that. I know you’re anxious. There’s a lump in your mouth that feels weird, get it checked out. If it’s recent it might just be an infection or something
