Afternoon all!

Just looking for some advice please!

On November 11th 2017 I was diagnosed with acute myeloid and acute lymphoblastic Leukaemia. I have since gone into remission and had a stem cell transplant. Because of the treatment I had I have been left infertile. - I am 21 years old and have a partner of 4.5 years. We have a 3 year old together but always planned on having atleast 2 children.

I can't get my head around not being able to have another baby. Has anyone been in a similar position? My options were not discussed and I was unable to preserve any eggs due to the aggressive cancer ( we didn't have time , putting off treatment by a few days would have resulted in me dying )

Need some advice please! What can I do to stop feeling like such a poor excuse for a woman?
