Marfans Syndrome

Anyone had any experience of this know much about it. We are having a referral to a geneticist but I just don't get it. No major symptoms not hereditary no heart issues after an Echo. Other stuff is all minor. Seems so unlikely!!

It's not me my son has been under the hospital for some chest pains. He's had an ECG and an Echo all fine and there is no one in the family with it. But he's tall his arm span is long he has a visual impairment from birth and he's been assessed for autism and they still want to explore it. I feel confused as he has no major symptoms but they still want to refer to a genetic doctor. He had health anxiety so a blood test will be sooo tough don't want to do it for no good reason.

Best to get checked as can be a silent killer and can be managed. Heart problems and height and arm span are indicators.
