... Following a routine mammogram last week.

No signs or illness.

Due to the Christmas break she has got to eat until first week of December to see the surgeon / specialist to discuss having her breast removed and treatment.

What now??

How do we get through Christmas?

Just wanted to say you will get through it.

My mum was diagnosed 8 years ago. She had symptoms and it was a double tumour- one hidden behind another. She had a mastectomy and tamoxifen but no other treatment and it never re-occurred. Try and think positively. Easier said than done but they found it early- no symptoms at all. That is the best time to find it.
