Just looking for some frank advice/info/shared experiences..
Family friend in her 60's is in hospital having had a heart attack following a stroke a few months ago that left her physically disabled.
Her general health has never really been great. Wondering what the chances of further heart attacks are, chances of full recovery and how it might effect her health in future.
I'd rather be prepared for all outcomes.. After her stroke we all assumed she would go back to her normal self so it was a bit of a shock when that never happened. Obviously every person is different, but I have no medical knowledge or previous experience of someone in this situation.
