Coping with side effects to docetaxel (Tax)

Hi there. I Just completed 3 rounds of a FEC and had my first Docetaxel cycle last wed. I coped really well with the FEC but this Docetaxel cycle has reduced me to tears on many occasions due to the leg pain/fatigue/oral thrush.

Just wondering if anyone else is going through this and would like to share/bounce ideas of each on how to get through it.
